PreciMind Reference Change Value Intelligence System (PM-RCVIS)

PM-RCVIS is a deterministic reference change value intelligence system. It implements the Fraser–Harris RCV formula (Z × √2 × √(CVa² + CVi²)), biological variation quality goals per EFLM/Milan hierarchy, index of individuality computation, multi-point trend analysis with sequential significance testing, and clinical interchangeability risk simulation. All computations are reproducible and publication-grade.
